Local musicians Mélange à Trois will welcome guests with sultry French classics and set the tone for a true feast for the senses,
As host James Boden shares his knowledge of the wonderful French varietals he has selected for the morning. Wines will include Pinot Blanc, Grenache Cinsault Shiraz and French Champagne! On arrival guests will be treated to French Croissants and Danishes, House-made Butter and Jams with Yogurts and Cured Meats, followed by a traditional Bisque Custard. Beef Bourguignon will complete the third course whilst a selection of French Cheeses with accompaniments will wrap up the gastronomic experience hand-crafted by Steven Clark.
